We’re looking for an Client Service Director / Account Director with strong digital experience to take the strategic lead on 360⚬ campaigns, drive internal teams and help us grow our business.
In this highly strategic role, the Client Service Director / Account Director will be constantly looking for innovative ways to optimise client accounts and strategy to solve their marketing challenges. Working in a fast-paced environment, you are ready to inspire outstanding online experiences for health brands and their customers, no matter which product, service, device or channel is in the spotlight.
You’ll also relish hunting down opportunities and creating proposals alongside managing multiple deliverables for global campaigns. These could include everything from multichannel customer engagement journeys, product launches, and disease awareness campaigns to projects with a broader scope such as branding for major events and ongoing brand hygiene.
With 8+ years of senior digital account management experience, you will be comfortable advising international health clients on their business priorities, key positioning messages and value propositions
You can own relationships to deliver a range of digital marketing strategies that ensure quality output in a thriving creative environment
With your work grounded in research and insights, you are well-versed in business strategy, brand strategy and customer engagement models
With 5+ years of agency experience, preferably within Health (pharma and medtech) you can lead creative projects to find new ways to inspire audiences
Effective at presenting strategic recommendations, you demonstrate a clear knowledge of the conversion funnel, how to optimise it and what digital platforms and formats to use
Proactive at evaluating emerging digital technologies/trends/campaigns, you are seasoned in providing new and creative growth strategies
